Villa Rosa Kempinski draws its name from the unique rose-pink colours of its buildings, designed at the request of the wife of the owner, who wanted the hotel to remind her of the distinctive rose colours and grand structures of the palatial villas of Portugal where they had lived before moving to Nairobi.
