Guided by global health and safety recommendations and developing our service culture for this new phase in hospitality, we have implemented White Glove Services in our hotels worldwide. You can rest assured that your meal is prepared and delivered to you in line with local health and safety protocols, supported by the measures introduced through Kempinski White Glove Services.
This initiative has a primary focus on the following areas:
When performing their service duties, Kempinski colleagues wear whitegloves. As the Chefs prepare your meals for takeaway and, delivery at Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi, white gloves are therefore worn.
Enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures have been implemented in all hotel areas, including the kitchens.
Masks are worn by all colleagues.
