THE KEMPINSKI STORY
Our founder, Berthold Kempinski, started his career in the wine trade, eventually expanding into Berlin in 1872. Later, a restaurant was added and the ambitious entrepreneur was soon at the helm of the largest and most popular venue in the city.
The spirit and passion of Berthold Kempinski still inspires us today and we remain committed to taking our guests on gourmet journeys, wherever they may be. We hope that you enjoy experiencing Kempinski in this new way—enjoying dishes lovingly-crafted by our talented Chefs in the comfort of your own home, surrounded by your loved ones.
